How it works
Step 1 - Free in-person consultation
- Get to know Dr. Trujillo in a casual setting to get a feel for his approach and the clinic.
- Learn how the program works, what it costs, and what to expect.
- Ask any questions and address any concerns you may have.
Step 2 - The foundation
- Get a detailed health review, body composition analysis, and advanced lab testing.
- Receive a mental health evaluation, sleep assessment, and an overall lifestyle review.
- Uncover your unique "Barriers to Change".
- Begin introducing tools and strategies to help you make long-lasting lifestyle changes.
Step 3 - Lifestyle shift
- Receive your personalized nutrition plan, based on the information gathered in the Foundation stage.
- Dive deeper into tools and strategies to overcome any barrier affecting your ability to stick with the plan (ie depression, chronic stress, anxiety, challenging relationships, past trauma, and sugar addiction).
- At this point, you’ll discover what you need to do, and how to do it.
- You will begin to see changes on the scale and in the way that you feel.
Step 4 - Maintenance
- Dr. Trujillo will continue to provide the support and accountability you need to stay on track.
- You’ll reach your first milestone (the elusive one-year mark at your goal weight).
- We’ll revisit, adapt and adjust your plan, so that you're able to stick with it no matter what life throws at you.
